There are many sheet metal materials suitable for stamping, which are widely used in electronic and electrical industries, including:

_The SPCC SPCC of common cold-rolled plate refers to the coil or sheet of steel with required thickness which is continuously rolled by cold rolling mill. SPCC surface does not have any protection, and it is easy to be oxidized when exposed to air. Especially in humid environment, the oxidation speed is accelerated and dark red rust appears. The surface should be sprayed, plated or other protection when used.

_The base material of galvanized steel SECC is common cold rolled coil. After degreasing, pickling, electroplating and various post-treatment processes, the continuous galvanized production line becomes galvanized product. SECC has not only the mechanical properties and approximate processability of common cold rolled steel sheets, but also excellent corrosion resistance and decorative appearance. It has great competitiveness and substitution in the market of electronic products, household appliances and furniture. For example, SECC is widely used in computer chassis.

_Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet SGCC hot-dip galvanized coil is a semi-finished product of hot-rolled pickling or cold-rolled steel sheet, which is washed and annealed and immersed in a melting zinc bath at a temperature of about 460 C. The steel sheet is coated with galvanized layer, then conditioned, leveled and chemically treated. SGCC material is harder, less ductile than SECC material (avoid deep drawing design), thicker zinc layer and worse weldability.

_Stainless steel SUS301 Cr (chromium) content is lower than SUS304, corrosion resistance is poor, but after cold processing can obtain good tensile force and hardness, good elasticity, mostly used for shrapnel springs and EMI.

_Stainless steel SUS304 is one of the most widely used stainless steels. Because it contains Ni (nickel), it has better corrosion resistance and heat resistance than steel containing Cr (chromium). It has very good mechanical properties, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon and no elasticity.
